The Day of the Jackal is as good as it gets. The series is about an elite assassin sniper (Eddie Redmayne) who goes by the nickname The Jackal.
He’s a highly trained assassin who’s also a master of disguise
He’s offered a job that’s lucrative enough to retire on, but the job is risky, especially when ruthless British intelligence officer Bianca (Lashana Lynch) is hot on his trail. She pursues him across Europe as he tries to complete his mission.
There are many casualties along the way as the two go head-to-head
Their personal lives begin to intersect with their work as they begin to realize that other forces are pulling the strings. Although some episodes run as long as 10 episodes, the show has plenty of action and drama to keep you entertained.
