Synopsis
As the world teeters on the brink of destruction, Dietrich Bonhoeffer joins a deadly plot to assassinate Hitler, risking his faith and his fate to save millions of Jews from genocide. Todd Komarnicki’s first feature-length directorial feature since Resistance (2003). Dietrich Bonhoeffer: Against stupidity we have no defense. Neither protest nor force can touch it. Reason is useless. Facts that contradict personal prejudices can simply be dismissed – indeed, a fool can counteract them by criticizing them, and if they are undeniable, they can simply be ignored as trivial exceptions.
