This is presumably because Keira Knightley is the main character
Synopsis
Helen begins a passionate affair with a man who has no idea what her secret identity is. She finds herself in the crosshairs when her love becomes a victim of London’s dangerous underworld, and Helen’s employer calls Sam to protect her. Neither of them mentions Love, which is actually a very popular Christmas movie.
I don’t know what to make of this
It was released in Graham Norton and guest stars: Cher/Keira Knightley/Michael Fassbender/Josh Brolin/Jalen Ngonda (2024). I watched all six episodes in one day and really liked it. Anything involving Keira and Ben Whishaw is always watchable.
But there was something wrong
The writers and producers/directors seemed unsure of what the tone should be. Was it a simple political thriller with action? Or was it a John Wick-type action with political overtones?
It’s still very watchable
In the end, it was exactly in the middle. I think it would have been much better if it had moved away from the ridiculous John Wick stuff and tried to ground it a little more in the real world, where the actions you take have potential consequences. No need to waste time scrolling endlessly: Here’s the full lineup of new movies and TV shows streaming on Netflix this month.
